The St. Croix Arsenal, a U15 C1 girls&#8217; traveling soccer team that includes players from Stillwater, Woodbury, River Falls, Hudson and Hugo, recently won the Head of Lakes Invitational in DUluth. The Arsenal, which is 8-0-1 in MYSA play, did not lose a game while claiming the Head of Lakes title.<br />
